    @Emma28 Thank you so much for your brilliant question here!

    Here are some things to consider…

    – Do you feel ready to be considered a senior physio by your peers? I.E. you are less likely to be supervised on your ward/in your department, you are less likely to be given extra time for XYZ

    – Do you feel ready to supervise Juniors/Students?

    – Do you feel ready to take the lead in situations? It may be that instead of saying “let me speak to my seniors about this”, you may be the one giving the information yourself

    These are a couple of things to consider. Of course, EVERYONE will have a different thought process, and I’m sure there are more things that can be on this list
